Rousseau Tigers

First grade looked at Rousseau's paintings and pointed out all the of the leaves and trees that surround the wild animals. I told them that we would be painting tigers, BUT, we wouldn't be drawing with pencil first. They were nervous to start off with paint right away, but loved the results!
